Shamandora Restaurant & Cafe — Restaurant in Al Ahia'

We came in for lunch. It was super hot. No aircon, just big noisy fans that made it hard to have a proper conversation. Place looked like it had just opened for the day. Staff was friendly enough and tried to make us comfortable. The place didn’t look clean. I realize that it’s probably better to come during the evening for best experience. Hubby ordered the Shamandora Pizza and I had a fruit salad with ice cream. Hubby said that the pizza tasted weird My dessert was good .

Unfortunately the pizza didn’t sit well with hubby and he had tummy issues all day after that pizza. And believe me when I say that he is not sensitive to food and has been living in Egypt for 13 years, so no It’s not tourist tummy issues.

We were lucky enough to talk to the owner later that night to give him our feedback. He was very understanding and very open to constructive criticism.

I guess that when the place was newly opened they had higher standards and then they later let themselves go abit with quality of food ingredients.

Either way I would love to give this place another chance in a few weeks. Maybe they were just...

i went with my family👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 and we really enjoyed our time in the place. it such a nice simple place which gives you the real traditional Egyptian🇾🇪 life with a Very tasty pizzas 🍕&burger🍔 and sandwiches🌭🥪. they are so kind and very clean with a very good service they are going very fast. i which you all the best because you are the best .we had sea foo pizza and salamy was really delicious. the burger was homemade and i will come once again for it 😋 i am shour.... if i will talk about the drinks i like all the menu ,🍹🍷🥤🍸🥃🍻☕ it's an amazing place with a Pirfict food ,drinks...

I really was disappointed especially when my friends used to love this place ! If you cant cook do not put food in the menu!!! I ordered chicken pizza and it didn’t have any chicken just so small shredded chicken it doesn’t even count!! Also it had raw onion on it so u can tell they put the toppings after it got of the oven so the onion really tasted weird and disgusting !
