KFC — Restaurant in Cairo

I recently had a rather disappointing experience with my KFC order. While the call center team showed care and tried their best to bring the food as fast as possible, the overall experience fell short in several aspects.

First and foremost, the order arrived late, which was really aggravating. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, losing its freshness and warmth, especially KFC's trademark fried chicken.

Speaking of the chicken, I was disappointed to find that it wasn't fresh. The lack of freshness greatly impacted the flavor and texture, leaving me unsatisfied with quality standards one would expect from KFC.

Furthermore, the bread accompanying the meal was also stale, which further detracted from the overall experience.

Lastly, the coleslaw was of poor quality. It lacked freshness and had an unpleasant taste.

It's unfortunate that the overall experience was marred by late delivery, cold food, non-fresh chicken, stale bread, and subpar coleslaw.

this is the most WORST AND BAD KFC I've ever been had... the most BAD SERVICE.... the chicken are NOT NEW and clearly not tender and UNACCEPTABLE... unlike KFC at other branches in egypt which have a good service and new fried chicken... i suggest KFC to close this shop or change the management and put the standard friendly service. I asked for extra KETCHUP and they said only 2 small sachet of ketchup... i asked again and they refused untill i show them that i am not happy. then they add 1 more ketchup... I asked for sandwhich and they said they dont have... and when the other customer (EGYPTIAN CUSTOMER) asked, they served... wow... this IS A RACIST AND RUBBISH KFC...

As nasty as it gets. No cashier (in the restroom? For 7 minutes. I called others to help but got ignored. I asked for the manager who is ok with the bathroom time off.... He gave me my order (Cole slaw) with cracked cap and extremely oily on the outside.... belongs to trash I took the number of the general manager and called no answer, texted no reply. I will deal will whole Americana contractors at the HDQ in the USA. STAY AWAY nasty,...
