Our experience at this restaurant was truly awful. The food was delayed by 45 minutes, and when it finally arrived, we were hoping for it to be hot and fresh. Instead, it was cold, poorly prepared, and nothing like what we expected. The kofta was terribly undercooked, with a pale color and a disgusting texture, and the meat was so cold, it was impossible to enjoy. We were really upset by how bad everything tasted. On top of that, the hygiene was terrible. The table wasn’t covered or sanitized, which is something that every restaurant should do, especially considering the importance of cleanliness right now. Not only did it look bad, but it also felt unsafe. We couldn’t believe they didn’t bother with this basic hygiene standard. The salads were another disaster so heavily spiced that they were almost inedible. They were more like a salty, overpowering mess than anything enjoyable. The tahini was just as disappointing, and honestly, we couldn’t even finish the meal. It was an experience that left us feeling completely let down, and we will not be recommending this place to anyone. A truly terrible dining experience. الاكل كان سئ للغاية غير مطهي جيدا وكانت النظافة سيئة للغاية الترابيزات من غير مفرش وكل جيست يقعد مكان التاني من غير اي نضافة الكفتة جاية لونها ابيض باردة جدا الاكل ساقعة مش طازة على الإطلاق بعد الانتظار...

It's basically ok. The price with respect to quantity and quality is very good though. The issue with quality is the taste mainly and not the meat itself. Kebab is very good, kofta is ok but very filling and a bit too heavy, tarb is fine, neefa is below average taste and doesn't taste half as good as sob7y or kababgy in new cairo or most famous kebab places, moza is ok as well but not as good as sob7y or even dahan. The salads are very spicy if you're into that, good quality but definitely made for someone who loves spicy food. I'd rank it below most other famous...

I have visited the place and have tried grilled Kofta and kebab . The service was normal but below the standards. I have also tried ( El haram) The kofta was very good however the kebab was very bad and not as we expect The Hama was quite good but is not the best .
