McDonald's Palm Strip 6th October — Restaurant in Giza

The new mcdonalds Combo extra ( Big Mac Combo + sundae ❤️❤️ , my favorite branch to pick up or stay , i do like the place there , and they make all their effort to accept any complains , they are helpful in that case , also the branch is clean , bathrooms is not in the place its out so you have to go out of the Restaurant to wash your hands or use the toilet , ( a public one) an entertaining area for kids but it needs more maintenance i think , terrace is marvelous to have your meal their , mac cafe is in the branch but its not a good experience concerning the cheese cakes its not fresh at all they must...

This branch is good but i have some notes as the tables have bad smell so my advice as a customer they have to use a detergent more powerful and have good smell. Tables must be cleaned after any customer. There is no toilet.you have to go outside the restaurant to the next entrance to wash your hands!!! There is a parking outside , but its always crowded The place consists of two stories. the ground level which you can order and and pay and also pickup your takeaway order is too small area.then the upper story is nice and well designed with a terrace which you can sit and take your meal , moreover there is play area for kids. المكان لطيف مكون من طابقين الطابق السفلى للطلب يعيب عليه ان الكاشير عامودي على باب الدخول بمسافة قريبه جدا و المطعم مزدحم بسبب انه بجوار الجامعه و يوجد فى الطابق الاعلى اماكن للجلوس مع وجود شرفه ايضا بها طاولات لتناول الطعام و مكان للاطفال للالعاب. لا يوجد حمام و مغسلة لغسيل الايادى بعد الاكل. الحمام خارج المطعم يجب عليك النزول و الخروج من المطعم و الدخول فى المدخل المجاور...

Service is fast and order accuracy is good. The food is mediocre at best, we all know McDonald's food, better than nothing. The place isn't as clean as I hoped, as the soap they clean the floor and tabletops with has a weird smell and still leaves the tables...
