McDonald's — Restaurant in Giza

It is the worst McDonald's branch that I have visited. The service was very bad. The staff was not helpful. I made our order from the machine to avoid dealing with the cashier because the cashier has a problem with the customer, so I went to the machine to make my order and when I finished my order, in the last step for payment, the point of sale did not work, so I made the payment to the cashier. The cashier did not give me the receipt and I asked him to give it to me. At first, he refused, but I insisted that I take the receipt and after that, the order took about 40 minutes to finish. This point does not feel bad, but when I see the staff fighting with the customer, this thing does not feel safe and the kitchen is not cleaned, dirty are everywhere in the kitchen and outside and I customise my order and do not receive my customised order, so what do you feel? When I received my order, I felt that they threw the food into the package, which was a really bad experience and bad food.

Yesterday, we went through the McDonald’s drive-thru, and my son was really excited about his Happy Meal. However, we were disappointed to find that the toy inside had already been played with, and the stickers had been stuck on. This completely took away the excitement for him, as he loves opening the toy and personalizing it himself.

Horrible service on the #3 on Saturday 15th at 16:20 the person who served us had an extremely bad attitude. All of our order was crammed into one bag, the server then gave us orders to “just take the drinks”. We received the drinks and our order but and asked for straws. The server told us the straws were in the bag and then they shut the window and left.

We leave and have to return to get straws.
