I am writing review on behalf of my dogs and as a dog owner, and lover. This place is one of a kind. It's the first across Egypt with the idea of being not only a pet friendly café but it's mainly for dogs where they get to enjoy the company of their hooman friends and their dog friends as well. Dogs get to socialize Their owners get to socialize The service and care for the customers is super! I would like to show appreciation to the quality of food, and drinks. We have tried the bakery and it is always fresh, tried sandwiches which was on top. As for the drinks, the coffee is well brewed and served. The rest of the drinks as well are cool and tasty! Needless to mention the pet's menu which my dogs and their furry friends really enjoyed. I am really in love with the place, the vibes with everything in between.

I have met the owner Mr.Hossam Hassan, and greeted with a big smile followed a warm welcome. Facilities I enjoyed: - Internet (20+MB wifi speed) - Power outlets at seats area. - Dog Hooks under every seat (though I don't have a dog) - Gated easy parking (free) - Window walls which made the place popped bright. The atmosphere is great. The staff is great. A bit pricey but worth it if you want your dog to enjoy themselves. Honestly we enjoyed ourselves too. All the dogs are lovely and cute. However, the owner is terrible. She was incredibly rude to a kid who got scared from the dogs. A dog went to the kid and he got scared and screamed. So the other dogs all thought that he was playing with them and went to the child which made the kid more scared. She led the boy out of the cafe while yelling at him and telling him not to enter again. The She went to scold the mother in the worst manner possible and kicking them out. The owner ruined the perfect atmosphere they created by their attitude! She could have dealt with the situation a lot better. As a customer, it left a terrible impression. As a human being, it...
