McDonald's Masters — Restaurant in Sadat City

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at McDonald’s Masters Branch. I waited over an hour for my order, and during that time the staff were extremely rude. I wasn’t the only one — many other customers were also complaining and arguing with the staff about delays and poor service.

When I finally got my food, my McChicken sandwich had almost no mayonnaise, the lettuce was black and not fresh, and worst of all — I found a worm in the lettuce (photo attached below).

To make things worse: • There was no ice available in the branch • Most of the staff were not wearing gloves while handling food

This is a serious hygiene and...

Very bad experience. The food didn’t taste good and didn’t seem fresh or clean. Unfortunately, I even found a hair in the food. The customer service was terrible — the staff clearly didn’t want to be there and were very unwelcoming. We didn’t eat the food at all. Also, they didn’t include a toy with the Happy Meal for our children, and I had to ask for it myself. Overall, it was a disappointing visit and I wouldn’t recommend this...
