My first encounter with Fares restaurant was in Sharm el-Sheikh 12 years ago. Today, I visited their Suez branch, and it brought back memories of that excellent experience. I'm pleased to say that the quality of their food remains outstanding, maintaining the same delightful taste I remember from years ago.

Today I was there. Everything was terrible, the soup was watery and they didn't serve lemon with it, the bread was not fresh it was reheated and dry but we asked the waiter to change it, the fried fillet was oily and greasy without enough seasoning, the rice was dry and needed to be cooked longer. I Don't know what happened to them, but the service was slow despite the fact that they were serving only three tables. The staff seemed too young they are all teenagers.
