El Choso – A hidden gem in Fuerteventura!

I was absolutely blown away by this cozy little spot. The burgers are incredible – especially the “Corral & El Choso”: juicy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. The prices are more than fair, especially considering the quality of the food.

The staff was super friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome right from the start. The atmosphere is relaxed and authentic – just the right place to unwind and enjoy a great meal.

Definitely a must-visit for anyone who appreciates good food and warm service. I’ll be coming...

We ate here for 3 out of 4 nights when we stayed in Pajara (tried to see sunset at Ajuy on the other night). The burgers are superb and the fully loaded chips are on another level! The café appears to be run by three women (didn't get any of their names unfortunately). All are absolutely lovely, once they realised we didn't speak great Spanish we were looked after superbly by the ginger haired woman that spoke excellent English. It seems to be very popular with locals of all ages and with families. Definitely planning to visit again when we are back in...

En primer lugar, desde el minuto 1 que llamé para hacer un pedido, me sorprendió su amabilidad, siempre súper correctas, con una sonrisa en la boca. El pedido fue para un grupo de 18 personas que se ampliaron posteriormente para dos más. Llamé y sin ningún problema. Mandándome la factura por WhatsApp porque no podía ir físicamente al local. Y la comida….!!!! Que decir, un sabor, una presentación, un olor…!!!! De 10, lo recomiendo 100%!!! El que quiera una comida donde hay buen ambiente, buena gente, y sobretodo buena comida ese es su sitio. Un pueblo por donde vas a tener que pasar y siempre se tiene que parar a tomar un café o una de sus hamburguesas. La que yo le pedí fue la Anita Herrera!!! Pero cualquier cosa de la carta la hacen con todo el amor y cariño del mundo. Lo dicho en cuando vuelva, las volveré a llamar!!! 😁

Si preguntan por las fotos, no hay… obviamente 🙄 el hambre apremia y con el olor con el que llegaron…!!! Se terminó todo...
