Great experience! I haven't had a milk tea that's good since I was actually in actual Hong Kong! I went there on a day when they were super busy, but the staff was working really fast and so even though there were a lot of people in line I didn't have to wait very long for my order. A lot of people were unfamiliar with the products but the staff was being super patient explaining and showing people the menu, and how to drink the drink. I guess I’m a boba snob. It was ok but not something I would go out...
