What a view, friendly staff, and amazing coffee. I didn't expect much when we decided to stop on our way down from our tour of the Volcano, but I was very happy we did. The staff are very helpful. With no vegan options on the menu, they had no issue coming with something. The coffee was really good, and our kids hot chocolate on almond milk was amazing. I used to like this place, but the food quality has gone terrible down. I've gave it 3 shots in different times and tried a variety of things and the food just taste cheap and like they cut corners on production and just buy pre-fabricated stuff from the store. ¡La peor experiencia que he vivido! Este día decidimos por primera vez visitar el lugar, nos atendió una mesera en entrenamiento y pedimos dos cafés y un postre, yo pedí un café americano y okey todo bien y esperamos, cuando la chica llegó me dio un desayuno americano y bien extrañada le dije que yo no había pedido eso sino un café americano, yo se que ella estaba en entrenamiento y es normal equivocarse pero el problema no fue eso sino la manera en cómo reaccionó, muy enojada me volteo los ojos se fue y regresó insistiendo que eso había pedido, prácticamente casi me tiro el menú en la mesa y me puso a revisarlo para ver que es lo que había pedido y que especificará bien, ahí fue donde intervino otra empleada al ver la pésima actitud de la mesera, al final nos dieron lo pedido y aún la joven nos pregunta de una manera enojada “¿Eso es todo? Okey”, sinceramente comimos rápido porque ya no nos sentíamos cómodas con la actitud de ella.
