its a nice place BUT yeahhhhhh im probably never ever coming here again. i got there at 7:00 pm. all the attractions where closed except for the vr experience and carousel.. bought tickets and then carousel was closed 😒😒😒 like seriously why have the place open if your going to close everything before closing time. went back to ask for refund since i mean i didnt even rode the carousel with my kids. the lady was completely ignoring me and i kept talking to her.. im being serious she just looked at me and kept counting money.. its not even closing time but still right 😂😂. when she finally interacted with, she had the worst attitude in the world and was asking questions that i didnt even know the answers to ... all i know was that i bought tickets then went to the attractions and one of them was closed! thats something that is out of my control but why sell tickets if everything is under maintenance??? worst customer service ever!!! doesn't matter how early or late your business is open, they shouldnt be acting that way. it speaks alot of the business. one more thing I WASNT THE ONLY PERSON COMPLAINING!!! it was a couple of other people ... people also traveling from other countries visiting this place...never the less worst experience ever. wouldnt recommend drove an hour to get there only to leave before closing time 😂 waste of time...

The food is okay and well the place is just as every youtuber, influencer has shown it to be. The stray dogs did not bother me, but they had two hurt dogs that wondered on their property. The staff did not care to help and when I (and many visitors were concerned and asking) asked a manager who we could call to help she said she would go get me the number just so that I can find her walking around minutes later as if she had forgotten what she said she would do..then she said the office was closed and she could not get to the number. I always say humans are a reflection of how they treat animals...we all have the choice to help or not to help..I don't ever wish to go back to this place. Their disinterest in helping animals and the animosity management has against these poor creatures that don't know better and are just looking for food is something that I will carry with me and will never recommend this place. If they showed they cared it would have been different..I understand it is not their pets, but it is the responsibility of society. I get the feeling that management cant stand the dogs even thou most of their patrons don't mind them. I have been to many restaurants in el salvador that show compassion towards strays. I am sad to say this place does not and it is due to...

We finally got to try the famous Rainbow Slide at Picnic Steak House in San Salvador, and unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. The slide is much shorter than expected, and overall it felt more like a quick photo opportunity than an actual activity. Definitely not worth the hype if you’re going just for that. If you end up doing the slide make sure you secure all your belongings and the slide does have two drops which can make it easy for things to get lost. The place does offer other attractions like a short boat ride, a 4D experience, and a Jurassic Park-themed area, which were actually pretty fun and better than I expected. We did do the family pack tickets that includes with the slide, the boat ride, and the Jurassic experience. Be warned: it gets crowded quickly, especially on weekends. There’s only one cashier selling tickets, so be prepared for a line when you arrive. I’d recommend going early in the day to avoid the wait. On the bright side, there are plenty of photo ops throughout the property, especially if you're looking for Instagram-worthy spots. Overall, it’s a mixed experience. If you're curious and want a few fun activities and photos, it might be worth a visit—but don't expect too much from the...

I couldn’t visit El Salvador without sliding down the Imagine slide or “rainbow slide” located inside the Picnic steakhouse restaurant. 🌈 You don’t have to dine at the restaurant in order to slide down , you simply make your way to the slide which is just $5 USD and hike up a short trail to the slide and another short trail back up after. They do require each person sliding down to sign a waiver before hand even though it is just a 30 second ride down, I personally think it is very worth the experience and not to mention something fun to do while visiting this beautiful country. 🇸🇻 The restaurant itself is also located on the way up The San Salvador Volcano which is a stratovolcano situated northwest to the city of San Salvador. The crater has been nearly filled with a relatively newer edifice, the Boquerón volcano. 🌋 Follow me on Instagram for more ➡️@letstraveleatrepeat ⬅️ #elsalvador #thingstodo #thingstodoinelsalvador #travelblogger #travelgram #traveleatrepeat #slide #stakehouse #picnicsteakhouse #rainbowslide #imagineslide #elsalvador #visitelsalvador #volcano #travelblog #foodblog #experience #fun #views #trails #restaurant #explore #traveldiaries #cool #beautiful #city #sansalvador

This is a must go place specially if you have kids. We always go to the slide is 5$ but there are more things to do here like the Jurassic park experience. They have a rose shaped heart , a picnic banner over a huge rocking chair, a cute bridge and a bench in a red heart all there let you see the city. If you eat there you’ll feel like you’re in Alice in wonderland at the queens gathering lol is really nice there’s a big giraffe at the door and also and elephant that moves. There’s a cute piano, a huge clock hence Alice in wonderland. The place is in a very touristy place which is the volcano mountain packed with tons of nice restaurants with beautiful city views and a lot of entertainment and food. There’s also street vendors with the most delicious food and affordable 50cent pupusas instead of the restaurants that sell them for $1 or more depending on the filling. The staff is friendly and does speak English. I come here every time I visit and everyone that’s with me loves it aswell I’ll share some photos.
