Had a positive impression five years ago and intended to visit the place soon again. Time apparently flies fast. What luckely has not changed is the quality of the burger. Crisp bun, medium fried cutlet and everything else as it should be. The crisp fries were a pleasant addition. All in all nothing special, but at the same time everything just done right might already be special. PS! Picture with a plate was done 5 years ago.

Good restaurant in Tabasalu! Nice homely atmosphere and delicious food. I had pumpkin puree soup and lunch offer chicken and they were both delicious. I can recommend for sure.

This is very nice and cozy restaurant with good food and reasonable prices. Kids pizza is really good and next time we have even order pizzas for hole family.

This is very nice and cozy restaurant with good food and reasonable prices. Kids pizza is really good and next time we have even order pizzas for hole family.

13.09.2023 läksime töökaaslastega lõunale Tabasalu Kohvik Neiborhuudi.

Tellisin seljanka, viipemaksega kaardimakset teostades tekkis kaardimakse terminalil mingi rike. Härra klienditeenindaja nähvas koheselt, et paranda nüüd terminal ära. Küsisin, et kas ta kujutab ette endale või mis juttu nüüd ajab. Kordas ennast tõsimeeli ja targutas juurde ning kõik vaatasid imestunult (oli selline 5-8 inimest järjekorras). Sellise tegelasega otsustasin mitte tegemist teha ja soovitasin tal "oma supp ise ära suua". Ei hakanud väga rohkem liivakasti tarkust härrale õpetama, tundus kibestunud isiksus olevat. Lubasin kirjutada ja ta suutis veel järgi öelda, et "astu minema siit".

Sellisesse kohta enam ei lähe, kui selline klienditeenindaja (olgu või omanik või mistahes positsioon) tööl. Kellegi teise vastu pretensioone ei ole ja muid klienditeenindajaid pean kiitma.

Soovitused: misiganes kaardimakse terminali vea korral pöördu panga või kaardimakse lahendust pakkuva ettevõtte poole. kui on teada, et kaardimakse terminal käitub "eriliselt" ehk näiteks NFC-ga makse korral tuleb kaart asetada kindlasse kohta ja kindel aeg oodata ning mitte mingil juhul seda kuidagi teistmoodi proovida, siis seda saab viisakalt klientidele teavitada (a'la makseterminal on nõudlik, tee "nii").

PS - Oleme varem korduvalt märganud ebaviisakat käitumist sama tegelase poolt. Lubab endale liiga palju, nii klientide kui ka teiste...

January 4, 2025- I went to Neiborhuud and ordered shrimp risoto, but I got a mushroom risoto. Instead of apologizing and bringing me a new risotto, the waiter brought me 4 shrimps in a soup bowl. The price difference between mushroom and shrimp risotto was 3 euros, so I paid 3 euros for 4 shrimps. Of course, it can't be called risotto, it was just a salty...
