Babyback Ribs & BBQ, Kaubamajaka — Restaurant in Pärnu linn

We’re regular visitors of the franchise, but mostly in Tallinn area.

I was happy to see on in Pärnu and decided to lunch with my family (wife and daughter). Worth noting they’ve had campaign of -50 to all main dishes, but it shouldn’t be excuse. (Actual visit was on 20 March, Thursday)

It all started with negative attitude from the waitress when we entered without wait for being seated. She spoke very fast and her face expressed negative thru whole experience.

We ordered the major sampler, beef and fries with sausage for the daughter with coffee and juice and apple pie for a dessert.

Order was taken and done in normal time, but the food was far from what you expect from this franchise. The sampler meat was either over cooked, and under cooked with a lot of raw fat. The beef was very dry and potato was half cooked (one half mega hot and another cold).

Before the apple pie, waitress asked how was the dishes and we honestly said that it’s subpar, which resulted in “OK” and even more negative reaction.

In the end, I’ve prepared the ID card to prove the discount, but it was rejected by waitress and sounded like we’re not welcome here and she rejects it.

It makes me very sad, because it was the first time we’ve got this experience in...

Very poor service. Waited at the door to be seated no one came. Went and asked was told to seat ourselves. We did. All large tables for bigger groups were reserved ( There was 6 of us ) entire time we were there ( about 2-3 hr. ) no one came to sit at the RESERVED tables. I ordered by looking at the photo. I was shocked to see the size of the fish piece. It was about 2x2 in. I asked about my missing fish on fish salad and was told it was a right amount. She actually went back and weighed the piece of fish. She came back and told me there is about 90 grams of fish but due to cooking only 70 grams made it to the plate!!! WHAT???? Cook agreed with her and they told me there was nothing they could do. Pizza we ordered for kids was extremely greasy. Service is something to step up specially when the whole city lives...

hinnang on detsember 2023. Toit üldiselt oli maitsev, kuid krõbe kartul oli küll kuivanud ja jäi minust taldrikule. Laps valis Pluto burgeri ja kotlett seal burgeri vahel oli imeliku maitsega ja samuti kuivanud, ajasime selle esmaspäeva lõunaaja kaela, teenindaja sõbralik ja toit saabus üllatavalt kiiresti. Hinnatase pigem liiga kõrge. 2.hinnang veebruar 2024. Rikkalik lihavalik kahele, Tom's fish and fries ja Ladybug milkshake. Teenindaja tuli kiirelt, küsis millist lauda soovime, sel hetkel, kui me sinna jõudsime ei olnud peale meie mitte ühtegi klienti. Tellimus võeti kohe, joogid toodi kiirelt, samuti saabusid toidud ka sel korral üllatavalt kiirelt, äkki viis minutit ja oligi kohal, tavaliselt peab ikka 15-30 minutit ootama, mis on täiesti okei. Toit ise oli enam-vähem, midagi erilist ei olnud, kuid kõhud saime täis, arve oli meil 47€, seega oleks eeldanud veidi rohkem maitseelamust lihtsalt. Fingerribs oli pekine, kana veidi kuiv, pork neck oli hea, kuid kõik toidud tundusid, et vaid soojendati üles. Milkshake välimus on väga petlik menüüs, maitse on okei, kuid välimus, plastiktopsis ja enamus oli lihtsalt kunstvahukoor, pange menüüsse ka reaalsed pildid. Lastenirka võiks uuendada, käisin esimest korda 10 aastat tagasi ja seal ei ole aastate jooksul miski muutunud, veidi liiga kulunud ilmega. Teenindus oli kiire ja teenindaja väga rõõmsameelne ja oskas suhelda kliendiga naeratus...
