Malmizza — Restaurant in Tõrva vald

A very pleasant surprise, the food was absolutely delighful, you would not expect this quality in such a small town. The only thing that spoiled the overall experience was the service. We were brought both starters and mains at the same time, the excuse was - we’re having too many orders (the place was half full). Nobody bothered to come and take the empty dishes (the staff was too busy having a beer and a chat amongst themswlves). The wait for deserts was more than 30 minutes, they forgot the coffees and when we reminded, we were left with a feeling that we’re just bothering them somehow.. I just hope we caught them on a bad day because this place is really worth a visit because...

Children's playground had broken glass in it and when asked about it they said "we thought we closed it down by placing a chair in front". No sign. Not cleaning it up either. One of the kids stepped on multiple pieces, another was sitting and playing there while a server explained not to go there to others. Of course a chair is no protection and kids had bypassed them or guests picked it for tables. Have a sign or remove the toys and clean it up! This is NOT how you deal with broken glass in...

Food was delicious but service guys unfortunately very poor… Waiters must be trained better .. running a restaurant on daily bases , as a waiter you should keep eye on your guests. It’s not okay to be seated and waiting forever , also we wanted to pay for our parents too ,but our bill without asking already was split on 2 separate bills .. Restaurant at that moment wasn’t busy at all …
