Ingver Restoran — Restaurant in Tallinn

I entered the restaurant just behind two other people. A female server greeted the couple and promptly brought them some menus. I wanted to ask if I could see a menu but she never acknowledged that I was standing there. When she walked back to the counter I noticed the menus there, so I went to where she was standing. She averted her eyes and walked away. I took a menu and sat at a nearby table. The server went to greet others entering the restaurant and delivered plates to tables next to and behind me and still disregarded my presence. I was considering leaving but a male server arrived and assisted me. When I was ready to leave, I noticed some customers paying at the counter so I went to the counter. Again, when the young lady was done with the customers ahead of me, I might as well had been a ghost because she did not even glance my way before turning to do other things. I would have liked to return to try another dish because sometimes you just didn't order the right thing. Food is bad bad baaaad! Duck had more than 50% of breading(starch) rather than meat! Was very dry! Sauce had so much vinegar that I had heartburn for the whole day! Rice noodles tasted and looked pretty much like low quality wheat noodles. Seems that they cook food way in advance and then just microwave it as it was ready in less than 5 mins! This can be the reason for such bad taste as it could be in the fridge for many days! Customer service is even worse than their food! No smile and welcoming! Grumpy faces, looks like they are not happy to see customers! Bear in mind, this place has no access for disabled people and pushchairs! Even if you managed to enter, you are not welcome there!
