the customer service did not understand Estonian. I bought a Cappy multijuice that was expired. when I went to take it back to the counter, they didn't understand when I said in Estonian that you have old juices for sale, and I wasn't offered new juice or any other drink, but the waiter walked away without saying a word. I went and looked for a new usable juice in the cupboard. and then the attendant took that old juice back to that fridge for sale. others got their pizzas on a plate, but we got pizza in a box. without the waiter asking if we would take it with us or eat here. we sat at the table and the plan was not to take food with us. the waiter lacked any courtesy and had a very...

Olen äärmiselt ja sügavalt pettunud teie restorani klienditeeninduses. Tellisin täna 12.jaanuaril Boldi kaudu kaks pitsat, aga kahjuks üks nendest pitsadest toodi täiesti vale, mida ma ei tellinud. Helistasin siis klienditeenindusele sooviga pitsa vahetada õige vastu, aga eesti keeles minuga ei osatud rääkida ja esimesel korral pandi kõne täiesti ära, väga ebaviisakas, isegi ei vabandatud, et tehti vale pitsa.

Pidin uuesti helistama ja paluti rääkida seekord inglise keeles, aga ikka ei saadud aru, pidin mitmeid kordi uuesti ennast kordama, pikka aega oli vaikus, keegi midagi ei rääkinud, lõpuks öeldi, et kirjutage Bolt klienditoele, et nemad ei saa midagi teha.
