There is always something going wrong with the service (delay in taking orders, wrong food for the wrong customer, receipt mixup, not enough plates and cutlery to go around- especially during peak hours…) and it honestly made me curious to find out what the problem was. I hope the owners see my comment and take notice of what I did, which is the food ordering and receipt stations are very inefficient, leading to an unbalanced presence of waiters waiting around to get their orders pass through to the kitchen instead of attending to the customers. Adding to that, the flow between the in-house customer orders and the takeout orders is mixed, making the already strained bottleneck, which is the current order/pay system in place, a failed one. Otherwise, the food is great, the vibe is awesome….but it wouldn’t matter without an excellent service to match it. In fact, it ruins the value of the two, like it did for me on...

I recently visited Chanoli noodles for dinner and was impressed by the busy atmosphere, although it did take a few minutes to get seated. Once we did, we ordered the Chiken and beef noodles with a side of chiken salad. The order took a bit long to arrive, likely due to the crowded restaurant, but it was understandable. Still, the food was really good, with the salad being particularly fantastic due to the delicious dressing. Between the two noodle dishes, I preferred the beef one, but the chicken one was also good. However, it lacked a bit of punch compared to the beef noodles. The beef noodles was seasoned better. The portions were quite large, so I would recommend ordering less if you're in a similar-sized group of 4. Nice salad place. They can prepare your salad in your liking. If you don't like garlic you should say before hand. Their dish is of good portion. I have been to this chain a number of times. The branches I have visited are busy and noisy.

Recently, I was having lunch with a friend that I haven't seen for years. We were taking time(we are slow eaters) to eat over our conversation. The waiter gave us the bill before we ask for it. I took that as a message that they are telling us to leave. It is weird for me to get my bill before asking it. It is a busy house I get it. Yet, We didn't not sit thier just having a drink or a meal or idly. I didn't feel good. I felt like I was pushed and not respected as a customer. I gave the house 2 starts for the lack of respect...
