Yeroo Coffee — Restaurant in Addis Ababa

I have to say, food safety is rather lacking here. Fish & Chips should be deboned prior to serving. But I dined here and it did. The response I got from the waiter it happens sometime. Food for thought, what if I had ordered this for a child and as kids are not as careful as adults, they got stuck with a bone????? And to have a person go through endoscope surgery to remove the bone????? This is basic chef 101.
