Beautiful gardens, marvelous old house, and great hospitality. Our meal was delicious from the fish soup to the beef stew and steamed potatoes. Dessert was also amazing. Wish I’d eaten a smaller breakfast before I came. Thank you Lena and Jakup for a lovely experience.

Had an amazing evening here sharing great food with friends old and new. The host was extremely wonderful and we cannot thank her and her husband enough for their hospitality and for stuffing us full of amazing Faroese dishes. Absolutely recommend!

Das Essen war ein Gedicht ebenso wie die Gastfreundschaft. Wir waren zu dritt mit einem Baby da und jeder kam auf seine Kosten der Kabeljau mit der Orangensauce zur Vorspeise war phantastisch und wurde zum Hauptgang von einem unglaublichen Lammbraten von den eigenen Lämmern gefolgt. Zum Nachtisch gab es noch eine super Rhabarber Süßspeise die den Abend vollenends abgerundet hat. Wir können jedem nur empfehlen sich zu trauen sich hier zum Essen einzuladen. Das Essen ist auf absolutem Restaurantniveau und das Baby dürfte sich wie bei guten Freunden austoben. Für uns das kulinarische Highlight unserer Färöerreise.

Very nice place to have lunch: family living room; very good food and cordially service. Also worth to vist the garden with hundreds of flowers. Highly recommended. Advance booking necessary....
