I have dined at Ratsun Coffee Club in the past and this visit was an absolute nightmare.
We got two of the side fries. One had no seasoning and the other one had clumps of black pepper powder.
The Ika Tavu wrap was soggy. The fish was okay but didn’t have the grilled taste. The cheese in the wrap tasted old. It was mushy and had developed a bitter taste. Whoever developed the menu doesn’t know cheese and fish pairing so this is me waiting patiently for the pizza coz no one can go wrong with that.
Then came the disappointment. Hawaiian Chicken Pizza. First impression- the pizza was dripping with oil. Confirming that cheese was not stored properly. Anyway no ham in the pizza just chicken which tasted a bit off.
I politely told how disgusting the first slice tasted and the vase of the pizza was crisp like a biscuit.
The girl at the counter argued that it had chicken ham. I said okay young lady. I do understand that but it has no profile of a chicken ham if that is what has been used instead of chicken.
With no response, we waited for another 30mins till another pizza came on the table. Dripping with oil. It had bacon pieces here and there that was pre fried by the looks of it.
A baby roach on our table, and heaps of bugs crawling on the floors just made my night even worse.
With no word just a polite vinaka I walked out of the place.
Definitely not going there anytime soon and no more recommendations for this place.
A deep clean and proper sanitation practices should be followed.

Read moreI am not sure what happened that changed this place for the worse. It used to be a great establishment, but sadly food were awful and service is bad. Dining tables were left unattended with plates still there not sure for how long. Environment was gloomy and hot, without air-conditioning.
It's sad to see such a great place neglected and hope it turns...
