Lo's Tea House — Restaurant in Western

Lo's Tea House is a great little "hidden" gem on Nanuya Lailai in the Yasawa Islands. Everyone goes for the doughnuts or banana cake which are amazing but she can also prepare for you a traditional Fijian meal of freshly caught fish (ours was smoked) with local root vegetables and spinach cooked in coconut cream. It was delicious and better than any food you get from the resorts since it is traditional Fijian. You need to give one day advanced notice so take a hike over and let her know when you want to show up the next day for food. Cannot recommend this place enough! Come for the doughnuts (delicious) but stay for the lunch (AMAZING). We came for doughnuts the first time and saw mud crab curry on the menu, so we asked Lo if we could come back the next day for lunch.
