We came to Fiji for a one week vacation and it’s our habit to stay at the Hilton Resorts, and we have never had problems with the other restaurants in the hotel chain. For dinner we ordered the: • 400gm bbq pork ribs • Messy cassava chips • Green beans with basil pesto • Mojito • Long Island ice tea To start the bbq pork ribs were cold and hard to eat, I thought that in the time they’d taken to cook, we’d be at least delighted with the wait. The green beans at least arrived hot and crunchy, because they came late after we’d finished the ribs, but they forgot the key ingredient, the basil pesto. The cassava chips were very messy indeed, it was as if they gave us the crumbs of the bag. The mojito was much too sweet and used way too mint. In the end it was a mint slurpee. The only positive of the night was the Long Island ice tea, that was actually pretty good. This is not any reflection on the front of house staff, as usual Fiji hospitality always top notch.

Relaxing alfresco dining experience, great tasty food under the stars, crescent moonand coconut trees. Highly recommend their well marinated and pork ribs that falls off the bone. Whole mololo snapper and mud crabs are worth a try too!

Chef Ron and Ravinesh cooked delicious dishes. And waiters Jim and La catered us very nicely and gave us few tips about how to avoid card surcharge and international transaction fees. Thanks to them! Dishes Quantity was quite less and expensive as compared to Australia. Otherwise taste...
