Not too sweet, moist like I like cakes to be melting in the mouth and refreshing taste afterwards. I recommend you to purchase the cake 1 day after is made, or to keep it in the fridge one day before serving, as it becomes more moist and good :). The decorations were well done, I sent a screenshot from a picture I found online reflecting what I was thinking the theme of the context, and Ann was really good to craft something similar, with a lot of attention on details, generating the right emotions and impact. Thanks a lot Ann and good luck for making more customers happy!

Ann made me two bespoke birthday cakes for my partner's 40th birthday: a multi tiered cake themed around Helsinki transport, and a carved cake modelled on his favourite commuter train.

The theming and decoration were superb - my partner laughed so hard when we brought out the train and started pointing out all the stunning details.

Then we started carving them up and - wow! Has to be the most delicious cake we ever had. Super moist and fruity and not overly sweet the way some are. Almost everything was fully edible and everything got eaten! So many guests asked for contact information for their own cakes.

On top of all that, Ann and her son are friendly, communicative and helpful people, and it was a pleasure to buy from her. She will always be my first choice for...
