Tilasimme hautajaisten muistotilaisuuteen lohivoileipäkakun ja tiramisukakun. Molemmat 20 hengelle. Voileipäkakun maku oli suht ok, mutta ulkonäky aivan järkyttävä, koska kakku hajosi useaan osaan siirtäessämme kakkua pahvisesta kuljetuslaatikosta tarjoilulautaselle. Paljastui, että kakku oli koottu väärin eikä leipäpaloja sitonut toisiinsa mikään eli ne oli ladottu vain toistensa päälle. Tiramisukakku oli tehty kertakäyttöiseen korkeareunaiseen foliovuokaan eikä sitä voinut siirtää siitä pois eli tarjolle vieraille vaan. Kakun koostumus oli löysää mössöä kuin moussea tai vastaavaa eikä viipaleista ollut tietoakaan. Lisäksi mausteena oli käytetty arrakkia tai vastaavaa, joka oli kakussa epätasaisesti. Maku oli järkyttävä ja se jäi monelta aikuiselta syömättä saati sitten lapsilta. Pettymys oli suuri olihan jo tilattaessa ilmoitettu minkälaiseen tilaisuuteen...
