McDonald's Espoo Niittykumpu — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

*Staff was very rude to us.

*They denied selling us Food Products so that we couldn't get a receipt to also make a official complaint about them.

*We had to leave empty handed

*One staff member in particular made very rude comments on my Girlfriend.

*Tried to order food through the drive through but we were denied by the staff member who looks like a emo girl with lots of make-up . I'm sadly having to describe her appearance because when I asked for her name to make a complaint about customer service satisfaction. She denied to give me her name. And officially they are required to have name tags on them. Which she didn't have. Almost all staff didn't have their name tags on. It's like they purposing like to waste time of customers. We then went to front kassa After we parked our car. But she kept denying us service and didn't apologize.

The worst customer experience I had with MC Donald's so far. I think she was racial profiling us.

Disappointing Late-Night Experience!

I recently visited McDonald's on a late Friday night and was quite disappointed with the quality of the food served. My expectation for McDonald's, regardless of the time of day, is a certain level of consistency and quality that I have come to know and appreciate. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those standards.

The burger I received seemed hastily made and lacked the quality I was expecting. It's crucial for a food establishment to maintain its standard of service regardless of the hour, and especially on weekends when late-night visits are more common.

I don't know if the staff assumed that late-night customers wouldn't notice or care about the drop in quality, but either way, it's not acceptable. This McDonald's is at a walking distance from Idrottsparken Metro station. There's a lot of space for people to sit down and enjoy the meals. There's also a drive thru option.

The food is standard McDonald's menu. Recently they've had El Maco burger and the Hot Devil's burger. Both are tasty.
