A genuine hidden gem, a bit hard to find but so worth it! The traditional Finnish "butter eye" bun was very fresh with lots of sugar and butter. In fact, I don't recall eating a more greasy bun like ever. Not health food but it's not meant to be 😅 Also bought a baguette to go and it too was very tasty. Next time (despite the long distance) I will try their famous cinnamon rolls and Finnish style donuts (munkkirinkilä). Service was also friendly which is not as common in Finland as I would like. Place is nice enough inside and looks authentic. Helsingin Sanomat was not wrong to...

This is the bakery for Wanha Pehtoori and Maunulan Maja, which also has a little cafeteria. Their fresh donuts are great and staff very friendly. Dogs are also allowed, so great for a little stroll in Lassila Helsinki. Opening hours are not great...

The baked goods, service and atmosphere were absolutely amazing! I was positively surprised and very happy to find such a cosy corner from my neighbourhood. Will definitely recommend to family + friends and can't wait to go...

Lovely small neighbourhood bakery/cafe with delicious baked goods; buns, breads and sandwiches. I wish they had a patio next to the bakery so you could enjoy the coffee and baked goods outside.

При вході стоїть стелаж з булочками та хлібом,в залі пахне старою олією.Ще,на маленькому столику є суп дня та водичка.Є туалет. Обслуговування привітне,дівчина розмовляла фінською та англійською мовами. Ми спробували з вершковим маслом та цукром,та просто цукрову булочку.Чекали більшого,бо на вигляд апетитні,але випічка не пухка ,та не зовсім свіжа,на жаль.Кава та какао звичайні. Ціни вище за якість.Працюють до четвертої вечора.

При вході стоїть стелаж з булочками та хлібом,в залі пахне старою олією.Ще,на маленькому столику є суп дня та водичка.Є туалет. Обслуговування привітне,дівчина розмовляла фінською та англійською мовами. Ми спробували з вершковим маслом та цукром,та просто цукрову булочку.Чекали більшого,бо на вигляд апетитні,але випічка не пухка ,та не зовсім свіжа,на жаль.Кава та какао звичайні.
