This isn't an actual restaurant, the atmosphere is more like a business center catering place. The food is definitely overpriced at least for anything else than burgers. The mash potatoes on our dishes was lukewarm, the poron karistys at 26€ is only saved by the quality of the meat but a lot more should be expected at this price range. The staff is very nice trying to make you feel homy but the lack of personality in the decoration and most importantly the food at this price range should make sensible customers consider to try their luck elsewhere. Ich bin enttäuscht. Nicht wegen der Gastronomie, dort ist fast alles so, wie es sein sollte. Ausser der Getränkeauswahl ist das Buffet reichhaltig und ergiebig, das Personal freundlich und umtriebig, das Lokal sauber und gemütlich.

Nun, wir sprechen kein finnisch, kommen mit etwas Englisch sehr gut zurecht. Was wir bei unserer Ankunft mit dem Mietauto nicht erkennen konnten ist, dass die für die Parkplätze eine Parkscheibe an die Windschutzscheibe gehört. Na ja, weil wir kein finnisch können oder einen verständlichen Hinweis gesehen haben, haben uns Ordnungshüter eine Busse über unfassbare 60 Euro aufgebrummt.

Nachdem wir das Restaurant verlassen hatten, sahen wir einen Hinweis auf der Scheibe der automatischen Türe. Beim Eintreten war diese geöffnet, weil gerade Gäste aus dem Lokal kamen. Wie hätten wir diesen Hinweis sehen sollen!!!

Mein Mail an die Adresse auf dem Bussenzettel wurde mit viel unsinnigen Text und Paragraphenquatsch beantwortet, so geht man hier mit fremden Gästen um. Wir wollten keine Aufhebung der Busse, da wir die Parkkarte effektiv nicht platziert haben, aber eine Reduktion, aber auf unsere Argumentationen wurde nicht ein Millimeter eingegangen.

Tut mir für den Gastrobereich leid, ich kann den Laden so nicht weiter empfehlen, auch wenn dieser nichts für die Sturheit des finnischen...
