Seoul Good Karisma （Korean Fried Chicken） — Restaurant in Lahti sub-region

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was incredible. Hot, fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about the quality because each batch of chicken tasted freshly made, not sitting around. I especially appreciated how well-stocked everything was even though it’s a buffet, nothing felt picked over or stale. The staff were so friendly and efficient. The whole vibe of the place was super fun and energetic, but still comfortable. Clean tables, clean floors, and overall a really inviting atmosphere. Small buffet style restaurant serving fried chicken and a few other meats. There's also salad and banchan style side dishes. Nothing vegetarian from my understanding. Mountain drinks are included.

Ruoka oli hyvää ja niissä oli kunnolla makua, mikä yllätti positiivisesti. Joskus tuntuu että tämän tyyppisissä ruuissa ei uskalleta käyttää vahvoja makuja. Vaihtoehtoja on paljon, mutta ei kuitenkaan liikaa. Ruoka on nätisti esillä ja tuoretta, sitä on myös koko ajan saatavilla sillä henkilökunta täyttää tiheästi tarvittaessa. Ruokailuastiat miellytti itseä ja mukissa juomakin pysyy hyvin viileänä.

Paikka on tosiaan vähän pieni ja ahdas, viimeksi jouduimme käydä muualla kun oli niin ruuhkaa, mutta seuraavaksi tulimme kokeilemaan aikaisemmin ja aika rauhassa sai olla. Eikä todellakaan tarvinnut pettyä, suosittelen ja ehdottomasti tullaan joskus uudestaan.
