Kaijon Kipsa — Restaurant in Oulu sub-region

Really disappointing experience. I went there with my friends and high hopes but Kipsa didn't answer. Kebab was dry and overcooked. Crust on the roll was too thick and hard and dry as well. There wasn't that much sauce and it wasn't really good. Also the kebab roll was made so at the top I ate all the meat, in the bottom only vegetables. Other than that they forgot our drink and we had to go get it ourselves. Modern, clean space with friendly staff. They have Bosnian dishes on the menu, i tried one. While i can't tell you about authenticity, it was tasty, and most of all - it's wonderful to see different options from the regular nakkikioski fare. Ever so slightly over the average price you'd expect to pay, but happy to support a business that brings something different to the table. Great fast food place but the waiting times make it not so fast food. EDIT: waiting times have improved, great! No chance in food, but that's because it has always been amazing and I've been a regular for more than 10 years.
