My wife and I come here every now and then as a treat. We came in about 1 hour before closing. After being seated we ordered two different sodas, water, starters and two main dishes. When the drinks arrived we took a sip and they were both cold but really flat. As the waitress arrived with our starters I commented on it. She started explaining to me that it was not their fault as the drink supplier allegedly presurrizes the kegs that way and that many customers complained about the flatness before. I have never had any drinks at any venue served like that. It was obvious to me that they did not want to exchange their CO2 gastank that short before closing and just let it run flat... The waitress did not offer anything to make up for it and left us with a lukewarm apology and explanation. My wife had to ask for the water she ordered upfront 4 times. It was finally brought to us 5 minutes after we had our food. The pitcher it came in was very warm to the touch and only the icecubes managed to get the water anywhere near cold. The burgers we both ordered were well prepared and the taste was as expected. If it wouldn't have been for the jalapenos I might have been still annoyed by a drink that basically tasted like something standing open for hours. If that many customers are complaining about the same thing, they should consider having a conversation with their supplier or understand that being a cheapskate when it comes to drinks served is not the smartest idea. When there is a long waiting time about which many others have complained, the one thing you have to entertain you should...
Read moreWe visited Pancho Villa at Ideapark over the weekend. We arrived around 1:50 PM, seated ourselves, and waited for the waitress to take our order. It took some time for her to arrive, and after placing our order, we experienced a significant delay in receiving our food.
After 20 to 30 minutes, I went to get some water and noticed there was no activity in the kitchen. When I inquired with the cashier, I was assured that our order was on its way. Other patrons who arrived around the same time as us were also still waiting for their food.
At the 45-minute mark, I asked about our order again and began to express our frustration. The waitress reassured us that our food was coming and mentioned it was already in the oven. However, more time passed with no sign of our meal.
After waiting for about an hour, we firmly requested to cancel our order. This seemed to stress the waitress, who then quickly went to the kitchen and returned with our food. It was around 3 PM by this time. Following this, the kitchen began to serve the other customers as well.
From our experience, it appeared the kitchen was closed from 2 to 3 PM, yet they continued to accept orders without informing customers of the delay. We had a young child with us, and the extended wait was particularly...
Read moreTo start of, this particular Pancho Villa is pretty small. Even tho it is really small, it doesn’t mean it wouldn’t have a lot of people coming and going. So especially if eating during live time or weekends I’d recommend calling them to make an reservation or just doing it online. This is what me and my friends did in this case.
The food is amazing!! For appetizers I’d absolutely recommend the mozzarella sticks to everyone since they are truly one of a kind here. For the main course I’ve tried multiple items on the menu, but this time I had a Bacon burger which was amazing,, very juicy and nice.
For the price I would say it okay, maybe a little to the pricier side but I think for going out one or twice it’s fine.
Staff was very nice. If you are very hungry I’d recommend you to come prepared since getting the main course usually goes from anything between...
