We reserved a table on the cozy terrace (indoor tables are also available) From the three course set menu we selected all available dishes, a nice combination of seafood, fish, vegetarian and meat. All food served was delicious, innovative in composition and served at the right temperature A nice gesture was a glass of berry schnapps served with the coffee, as well as the offer of one of the staff members to provide us with chilled water for our return bicycle trip to Aix!! Read moreThe best fish dish I ate in France I invited some friends for lunch on a weekday. The price was 29 euros for appetizer, main dish, and dessert. The appetizer was a fish soup, which was just average. But the white fish dish we ordered for the main course was the best fish dish I have ever had in France. The way the fish was cooked was perfect and I would like to ask how they can cook it so fluffy and tasty like that. I was impressed. For dessert, my friend had a lemon tart and sorbet that was excellent.
The service was very friendly and thoughtful, the wine was reasonably priced and everyone was very happy. This is coming from a Japanese who never compromises when it comes to fish dishes, so you can trust me.😊 I would go to this restaurant at least...

Delicately stuffed courgette flowers with pine nut and a hint of chorizo, followed by perfect fish, pan fried with langoustine and mussels on a bed of finely cut cabbage adding a sweet texture. Followed by raspberry sorbet, a buttery sable biscuit with fresh raspberries and mascarpone. I have died and gone to food heaven!!! Hats off to the chef and owner...
