Daniel was most accommodating. His English was good enough to communicate with us, though we tried our terrible French. We ended up with the best meal we had while in France. The wines were from the local region and good, though not amazing, but well priced. The food, however, was fantastic! Excellent! We had an amazing experience at this bar. The food was honestly beyond our expectations. We had a cheese plate, a cold cuts one, lentils and sausage and a bottle of wine I'm still dreaming of 😍 Not only that, the attention was absolutely warm and welcoming by our host Jacky who, in spite of the language barrier, went out of his way to surprise us with good recommendations.
