Mostly good food but an overall bitter experience.

We tried to reserve a place by phone and by sending email. They didn't answer the phone nor read our mails.

They told us that there is one table left (which was not true, as we sat for over an hour and we saw that third of the tables were empty).

As "unplanned" guests we really felt unwelcome. The waiters and waitresses paid more attention to the tables with more guests. We waited more then 20 minutes for cocktails that never arrived and when we received our dish, we asked the waitress to cancel the drinks (they haven't even started to prepare it apparently).

The meat was more then fine but that was the only ray of light in this whole lunch.

I ordered a tiramisu, but I waited about 15 minutes to receive something that supposed to be ready and grabbed from the fridge. Nonetheless, it was liquid and warm. Probably it didn't stay enough time in the fridge to get solid.

When they cleaned out table, they didn't even ask way I didn't eat it.

Not getting our aperitifs, a lousy dessert and a very bad service made me feel quite disappointed. It is really ashamed because they have a nice view and good...

A lovely waitress greeted us (4 ppl) with no one in the restaurant at 7 pm. She checked with her boss if we could be seated, and he said no, fully booked out. The restaurant seats around 100 easily. Since we have 2 kids, we are usually in and out quickly, so we offered to be quick so they can turn over a table and make good cash. He refused... the reviews are accurate. The owner is very rude and not too bright a businessman either. We went to Capo di Mano 20 mins up the road with magnificent views, food, and...

Ce restaurant nous a mis mal à l’aise et donné l’impression de ne pas être à notre place.

Réservation au téléphone raccroché au nez avec l’impression de déranger. Une fois sur place pas un bonjour. La serveuse est désagréable au possible, à mon avis il s’agit de la même serveuse que la « paillote mico beach » qui a du faire faillite.

Nous avons été placé au fond du restaurant prêt de la cuisine bruyante avec la même musique en boucle alors qu’il y avait de la place un peu partout. Comme si ils ne voulaient pas nous intégrer. D’autant plus que des connaissances des gérant eux se sont trouvés bien installé sans réservation. Dommage on aurait au moins pu profiter de la vu.

Nous avions attendu pas mal de temps afin de prendre connaissance du menu car oui il n’y a pas de carte juste un panneau à partager avec toute la clientèle donc nous avons été pressé pour choisir. Le choix à été difficile car on nous a indiqué une fois le plat choisi qu’ils ne le faisaient pas alors qu’il était indiqué (pas de rupture de stock) mais surtout que c’est extrêmement cher !!!

Nous sommes parti dès que possible tellement on ne supportait pas l’ambiance dans laquelle nous a plongé cette serveuse.

Néanmoins, les autres serveurs me donnaient l’impression d’être plus sympathique, nous ne sommes peut être que mal tombé.

Je pense que vous pouvez trouver bien...
