Make a reservation! The Chef is incredibly talented. The dinner was delicious and really centers local food. We started with the cheese and green beans with peaches and almonds. The cochon de lait was state of the art. The sauce was incredible. We ordered the potatoes as well, which was a perfect combination. The desserts were amazing. They centered local herbs and fruits, with just the right sweetness. Thank you to Antoine who made the experience really lovely and suggested a great bottle of regional wine.
