We came around 14:00 to this place after skiing since the morning, this was indeed a bit late and we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. Of course no problem, thus we waited patiently. When we had our table, with a gorgeous view I may add, we had to wait an other 30 minutes to order our food. Again we were a bit late so so far there were no problems. However, when ordering we were told most of the menu was not available, we could choose none of the vegetarian options and we could only order the burger for the non vegetarians. As it was now 15:00 and we were to late to change location we accepted our fate and ordered the burgers, and fries for the vegetarians. I have to add to this that we were actively ignored by the waiters and their boss. After waiting for another hour while receiving the food of three different tables, we finally got our food. Sadly it left much to be desired, the burgers had no sauce and were raw. The only thing on the burger, except the burned buns, were two tasteless pieces of cheese. The fries we got next to our lumps of meat were as raw as the burgers themselves. On top of this we saw the dishes we were told weren’t available for us, get served to the table next to us that ordered 40 minutes after us. The icing on the cake was that we had to wait again to able to pay, as the owner was to busy doing shots with friends. The kind waiter that did eventually let us pay, gave us a 10% discount, which left a bittersweet taste when we left the restaurant.

If you are planning to eat here I highly recommend reserving a table in advance, as well as not coming...

Ok so to start the food is great, however we were made to wait for 20 minutes for a table, even though there were 3 tables that were empty. The waiter made us feel like we were really in the way with members of staff actually shouting at us to move, with nowhere else to stand, the easiest thing to do would've been to just let us sit down on one of the empty tables?! Once seated the service was fairly fast, but again we were made to feel like a hindrance, with things literally thrown onto our table at every opportunity. When it came to paying by card you need to go to the bar, which they didn't tell us until we'd waited 30 minutes!!
