La Casserole — Restaurant in Albertville

Extremely rude waiter with anger management issues. My crime: joining two tables myself because service is slow as hell. Apparently he decided he was not rude enough the first time, so he decided to keep scolding me the second time I visited. Would have never returned a second time had it not been for our guides/instructors who are always taking their clients to this place with the pretext that it’s cheap, it’s not expensive but there are plenty of places with similar prices, nothing cheap here except for syrup water. Besides, I’d happily pay a premium for a restaurant where the waiters don’t scream at guests.

Avoid Casserole. The staff are extremely ignorant and certainly do not make you feel welcome. We visited one day while staying in the 3 Vallees, while waiting for others to join us we waited at the entrance. To our shock a waiter appeared and asked us to move from the entrance. It took 45 minutes to take our food order, which consisted of only escargot and a charcuterie board. On a good note, the food was great. We asked for bread three times to enjoy with our escargot, but it never arrived.

We felt poorly treated and received no service at all. We tried to inform the manager during our seating, but no accommodations were made.

Additionally, nearby tables had not been cleaned or tidied for an hour since they were vacated. The only positive aspect was the decent playlist that...
