I was very surprised to read a couple of negative comments |recently about our local restaurant where we've never|experienced an unfriendly welcome or a meal less than|perfect. And I think I can safely say that the majority of|customers will agree with me. It was unfortunate that|a birthday celebration was ruined for somebody because |they were not seated near the fireplace as had been requested.|These things can happen. However, the restaurant is|adequately heated and it's a pity that these customers let|something like this spoil what would have been a pleasant|gastronomic birthday meal at a very reasonable price when|one considers the quality and presentation of the food.|I'm writing this review because it would be a pity for|readers of Tripadvisor to be put off because of a couple|of negative reviews. We have taken friends, of many |nationalities including the French, to this restaurant and|everyone was surprised at the warm...

Honnêtement un peu déçu, tout le monde en parle en très bien mais nous sommes restés sur notre faim. Assiettes très classiques, c'est relativement bien fait mais aucune émotion. Les accompagnements juste moyen avec des haricots coco... Quantités faibles... Cuisson de la viande très médiocre et taille et qualité très décevante. 27€ le bout de Angus on s'attend à vraiment mieux. Cuisson demandée entre saignant et à point... "Ça n'existe pas", OK à point alors SVP... Très cuit au milieu et brûlé en surface. On renvoi, puis on vient nous voir en nous expliquant que c'est normal car saisi... On aurait dit un vulgaire bout de biftec du boucher au goût de brûler de la taille d'un petit steack haché.

Le dessert... Gaspacho de pêche, nous sommes dans le sud... En plein été et on trouve dans la sauce de la pomme, de l'ananas et de l'orange. Ni local ni de saison.

Menu jusqu'à 50 et quelques euros avec des set de table type "casa" et serviettes en papier.... Bref la promesse n'était pas tenue pour notre service. Service sympa, avec des débutants un peu perdus mais avec le sourire sous le masque donc ça va ;)

Nous sommes habitués de belles tables, ce n'en est pas une. Il y a beaucoup mieux pour moins cher, ou beaucoup beaucoup mieux pour...
