We were ignored at the entrance for five minutes, and probably should have taken that as our cue to leave - but other people were sitting themselves down at the outside tables so we did too, at the top of the stairs where staff were constantly coming past. We were then ignored for fifteen minutes before we managed to catch someone's eye and ask for menus. After another twenty minutes without anyone coming to take an order we decided that it was enough time wasted. It's been a while since I have been so disappointed. It started out nice, waitress was ok, owner seemed nice. It was midday and we wanted to share a menu because it was just too much for one person. But no, the waitress said they dont.do menus for 2 people Ok, fine enough I started with the salad and my significant other dared to taste and immediately the owner of this fine establishment explained thats gonna be an additional 7€. Nous avions réservé une table pour 11 personnes, avec une poussette et plusieurs enfants. À notre arrivée, nous avons été installés sur une terrasse peu adaptée : manque d’espace pour circuler avec la poussette et aucun aménagement pour les enfants. Les verres en plastique pour les adultes et les enfants donnaient l’impression d’un camping plus que d’un restaurant.

La serveuse (une dame d’un certain âge) a été très sympathique et accueillante au début, mais le service s’est dégradé au fil du repas : manque de patience, confusion dans les commandes, et organisation approximative. Le système d’addition entièrement manuel a conduit à réécrire trois fois la commande, ce qui a prolongé inutilement le moment du départ.

Côté cuisine, c’était mitigé. Mes tortellinis farcis semblaient venir de différentes provenances : certains savoureux, d'autres très industriels. Le canard de mon mari était accompagné de deux mini-pommes de terre flottant dans un excès de jus. Et les menus enfants sont arrivés avec des frites presque crues.

Une adresse qui pourrait s’améliorer avec plus d’organisation, de cohérence en cuisine, et surtout une meilleure prise en compte...
