Spent 1 week in Lauris and tried many restaurants within a 30 minute drive and this was by far the most local, traditional, home-cooked style Provence restaurant we visited. There’s outdoor seating with a beautiful view and a charming indoor seating section. We were a party of 6 from Australia, Singapore and Italy and everyone throughly enjoyed their meal. There is no menu per se: the restaurant has a giant chalkboard which they bring around to your table and you select from there. It seems there is an ever rotating menu depending on the season and produce. The service was impeccable with a very homely feel. Desserts were also delicious. Highly recommended for an authentic Provençal experience. The bill for 6pax with mains, desserts, soft drinks, cocktails, wine and beer came in at 150EUR which is amazing value compared to some of the overpriced and inferior “tourist trap” meals we had.
