Came here for dinner at 7:30pm on a Tuesday night (with a reservation). The ambiance is really lovely - it's separated into two dining rooms (an indoor room and an atrium-like patio space) which makes it feel more intimate and cozy.
They started us with two amuse bouches - gougeres and mini olive muffins, and a chilled soup with coconut cream. Both were really delicious. We ordered from their saison (seasonal) set menu (38€). Really enjoyed both starters - a gazpacho with burrata and gravlax with beets. The mains were excellent as well - the pork (with adzuki beans) was juicy and tender, and the fish was cooked perfectly. We also ordered the octopus a la carte, which was also tender and tasty. All of the flavours were on point, and every course was plated beautifully.
To end, we had one of each dessert - the chocolate/cumin was an interesting combination but it works. The hazelnut/caramel and mango/chili were great as well, and we enjoyed the selection of cheeses.
Service was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. It was a slower meal (took around 2 hours), definitely meant to be savoured and not rushed through. Overall, great value for the quality of the dishes which are all prepared with precision and care (which you can see if you walk by the kitchen!). Definitely recommend Moris for anyone...
Read moreThe meal experienced at Moris stands among the finest I've ever savoured. Each course – masterfully prepared, thoughtfully paced, and beautifully presented – left a lasting impression. The next morning brings no regrets, only a continued sense of wonder. They offer a tasting menu and I would recommend that.
Situated in the tranquil end of the village near Donjon Saint‑Michel, Moris occupies a lovingly restored building, featuring an indoor dining room and a riad‑inspired courtyard patio . The separation between tables and the open kitchen enriches the sense of intimacy and elevates the dining experience.

Read moreAn exceptional meal in Cucuron. The building, in the quieter end of the village towards Donjon Saint-Michel, is beautifully refurbished with a cool courtyard reminiscent of a riad, and a spacious interior seating area. We chose the courtyard. Tables are set apart for a good atmosphere but with space. The kitchen is open and the food produced from it was exceptional. Wonderful service, beautifully presented and delicate flavours and surprising combinations. We opted for the 6 course dinner. We also were presented with exquisite aperitif hors d'oeuvres and little cherry tartlets with coffee. At €58 per person plus wine we felt this exceptional value. Our favourite courses differed: mine the fois gras with cocao, a surprisingly stunning combination, my husband's, the pigeon in puff pastry. The staff were friendly, professional and charming. We will be back and urge you to do the same. It was full tonight, at the beginning of the summer season, so réservations are essential. Thank you for a...
