Je ne compte plus les annĂ©es oĂč jâai voyagĂ© et rĂ©servĂ© hĂŽtels, refuges, auberges ou AIR BNB, et je dois avouer que câest la premiĂšre fois que je rencontre une telle attitude de la part dâun hĂŽtelier. Pour moi l'attitude du propriĂ©taire de ce logement est proprement scandaleuse. En septembre dernier, nous Ă©tions itinĂ©rants Ă vĂ©lo et rĂ©servons nos logements un Ă deux jours Ă l'avance. La rĂ©servation Ă loberge Ă Ă©tĂ© confirmĂ©e par Booking.. Le jour dit, on se prĂ©sente Ă 18h00 (heure d'ouverture de l'accueil ). Personne! On tĂ©lĂ©phone, pas de rĂ©ponse, le rĂ©pondeur se coupe aprĂšs quelques secondes et pas de rappel du logeur. On a heureusement trouvĂ© un autre logement chez Jungle(super bien) Ă quelques km de lĂ . Il semblerait d'aprĂšs la patronne dâun restaurant ou avons mangĂ© que ce nâest pas rare avec LOberge. Je pense que comme nous avons rĂ©servĂ© lors de son (ses) jours de fermeture hebdomadaire qu'il n'a mĂȘme pas daignĂ© consulter ses rĂ©servations ou se donner la peine de nous rĂ©pondre... inqualifiable si cela est avĂ©rĂ©. On a gagnĂ© au change avec Jungle car LOberge n'est pas engageante et situĂ© dans un cadre peu agrĂ©able le long d'une route passante et bruyante. Jâai du mal Ă comprendre les relatives bonnes notes pour cet Ă©tablissement La nuitĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© prĂ©levĂ©e de ma carte bancaire et pas remboursĂ©e malgrĂ© nos nombreuses demandes.
