Amazing sourdough bakery combining contemporary architecture and tasty recipes. I've had the chance to try most of their products, the sourdough big "tourte" sold by quarters is the best value and can be kept for a week easily, the seeded rye bread called "pain de l'est" is perfect for seafood and gluten free chocolate fondant cake is heavenly. Everything is organic and handmade everyday by a team of friendly bakers, definitely worth a trip!

FANTASTIC vegan options. In particular the most delicious sugary salty soft bread roll (see picture). So delicious I had to go back for more.

A True Gem for Sourdough Lovers

If you’re someone who truly appreciates quality, this bakery is a revelation. Their sourdough bread is nothing short of exceptional — perfectly crusty on the outside and wonderfully moist inside, full of character. You can taste the care and hard work that goes into every loaf.

As sourdough lovers, we specifically made the trip to this bakery — it’s the only one of its kind in the region, and absolutely worth seeking out. This isn’t your typical mass-produced, industrial bread. It’s the real deal — handcrafted with time, skill, and passion. Once you’ve had bread like this, there’s simply no going back.

To top it off, the baker was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He took the time to chat with us and gave us some great recommendations for things to do and see in the area — a real bonus that made the visit even more special.

Yes, the prices reflect the effort behind each loaf, but they are absolutely justified. This is bread for people who value authenticity and quality. Every bite is worth it.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to rediscover what real bread is supposed...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely rude. I arrived at 9:45 this morning (Wednesday). Staff was in the process of closing the window curtains right in front of me, with the shelves fully stocked for the opening this afternoon. I asked through the window if they were closed. He gave me the “je suis désolé” shrug. I made a pleading gesture. Another shrug and he locked the door. How arrogant! We are here for another 2 weeks and definitely will not revisit. The bread we got on Sunday wasn’t even that good. Far from a crusty artisan sourdough and a rather tough affair. According to their website they are supposed to be open until...
