A lovely, traditional family restaurant. The decor was beautiful. The portions were generous. We had the Garbure soup as a starter. We shared it between the two of us and it was more than enough! Perfect soup for cold weather. We then went for the omelette and the magret de canard. Both were very delicious. This restaurant is quite secluded but it is worth the trip....

Restaurant qui nous avait été recommandé par la propriétaire de notre gîte à Sazos, nous avons été comblés... Un repas d'excellence ! Tout était parfait et délicieux... La garbure (soupe au chou), la salade des Gaves avec filets de truite fumée, avocat, puis la truite des Pyrénées agrémentée d'une sauce délicieuse avec sa garniture de pommes de terre sautées et champignons, et soit tarte aux myrtilles, soit crème flambée. ! Miam, miam.... Ambiance familiale, service rapide assuré par Mr, et excellente cuisine faite par Mme, Dommage que notre séjour soit terminé, mais on espère bien revenir et on n'oubliera pas La Bergerie chez Rosette ! Encore un grand bravo à vous 2 les patrons !!!! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne pouvez pas être déçus.... Bien sûr, pensez à réserver...
