The food was inventive and good on the €59 menu although the turbot was overcooked and the anchovy sauce was odd with the bull (taureau) steak. The meat was superb but the taste spoilt by the strong fishy taste. They can accommodate kids with simple dishes which is great but remember to say poultry (volaille) and not chicken (poulet) or you will upset the boss, she is precious about it. Nonetheless, our daughter enjoyed her chicken and pasta, or maybe was it fusilli lunghi? They can also accommodate gluten intolerant customers (which is becoming more and more common in restaurants in France) and the boss seems thoroughly knowledgeable about gluten... Overall, a pleasant enough dinner al fresco but golly, wasn't it windy and chilly for a summer night! Given the unseasonable temperature, the slow service did become more than a slight annoyance towards the end...

We were here for having dinner. It is not cheap but worth a visit. We had a menu at 62€ per person with a complimentary amouse bouche as well as complimentary petit fours at the end. The tomato with lobster as starter was well presented and the lobster really tasty. Really original the presentation of the foie gras my wife took. The monkfish less spectacular in the presentation but really good in taste. My bull steak as main course really tasty. Really good as well as the homemade bread rolls: especially the thyme/lemon one. My dessert (apricot variation) also well presented and tasty while the chevre plate of my wife too basic if compared to the other plates. For sure an experience to recommend. A special mention to the young girl serving us: professional, with style and good...

Gourmands fuyez.

This review is for the restaurant. The restaurant has so much potential, wonderful setting and impeccable service. I had the foie gras as a starter, served with cotton candy making the surrounding porcini reduction unbarably sweet, would have rather had some green leaves instead. The main was cochon in pastry, very well done, but the dish as a whole was very dry, a bit of sauce would have been a very welcome addition. I hope the chef takes on board this critique as I would like to like this place. In general over priced for what it offers. Good luck.

Cute hotel with 4 rooms, each room comes with a small terrace where a sweet breakfast is served. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and staff is kind. The small pool is well maintained, surrounded by olive trees, lavender etc. It is convenient to drive around Provence: 10 minutes to St Remy de Provence, 35 minutes to Arles, 30 minutes Avignon and 1h to Chateau La Coste / Aix en Provence / Marseilles. We recommend it for 3 nights!
