Au Petit Bistrot — Restaurant in Avallon

My wife and I took the train from Paris to Sermizelles this past Sunday to visit with family for a few days. We met Fred, the chef and bartender of this establishment. He was very kind to us and pleasant to chat with even with our very limited French and his very passable English. The kitchen was closed for a few hours but he was kind enough to to make me a piece of Quiche Lorraine which was quite good. We will definitely be going back here for some meals and drinks...

Carte simple, 2 entrées, 2 plats et 2 desserts au choix, et pizza le vendredi, mais quel délice... bien assaisonné, bien présenté, fait maison, et pour un prix plus que correct. Je recommande chaudement. L'endroit est mal renseigné vu qu'ils n'ont pas le droit de faire de pub, mais en vaut...
