We've been here regularly over the years and the quality of their food has never been better. Superb experience for all 7 of us who ate here 4 nights in total during our French break. Everyone had their favourite from the Maigret de Canard (Duck breast with an amazing sauce) to the Souris D'Agneau (very flavourful Lamb Shank) to the Saumon (Salmon in a filo type pastry) to the Entrecote á nature (Steak as is). Don't get me started on the desserts! Try the Cafe or Thé Gourmand and you'll get a small taste of some of their best desserts which you can then try on other visits. I'd highly recommend the Creme Brulée, Mousse au Chocolate, Chocolate Liegeoise (spl?) ( in fact any of their ice-cream concoctions!) and Iles Flottante to name just a few. Service is excellent but it is a very busy restaurant some evenings so enjoy a starter and a few aperitifs and the atmosphere while waiting for your mains. Booking is probably essential especially coming into the autumn as there is less space when the gorgeous seating area outside is closed. Booking is also essential during the weekends when the locals as well as visitors flock here. Valerie and her staff run a tight welcoming and efficient restaurant. They perform miracles as far as I can see! Looking forward to next year...
