McDonald's — Restaurant in Béziers

My fries were just about warm My double espresso was served in a messy tumbler Sauces we didn’t ask for were on our trays, so a waste as the sugar - we chose "No" when the option came up on the screen. We looked for a clean table, finally sat in the middle getting the cold draught when other customers opened the doors. Usually we order and take home, all in all a better solution even though we have to reheat; there again one must check what is given in the bags, once 5 of us ordered and were given just one bag with a « there you are Sir » as if all foodstuffs ordered would have fitted in one bag! So stopped the car, got out and finally with some sort of apology we were given all we had ordered. The kids like the foods and I enjoyed the fil-o-fish always hot because cooked on request 😋 This McDonald’s is no better or worse than the others...

I visited more than 10 countries and dozens of Mcdonalds. I always asked for hot water to prepare baby formula. here I also asked, paid 2 €, when I started to make the mixture, the water turned out to be ice cold. came up to replace it, but we were successfully ignored based on a lack of understanding of the language. then through the translator we entered the necessary words, they gave us the answer that they do not have the right to give hot water. thank you, I didn't...

visite le 20 août 2021 à 11h servi froid à 11h45 on demande le pourquoi autant de temps pour servir 1 happy meal, 2 menus adultes, 4 sandwichs et 3 mc fleury on nous répond : on a du monde faut pouvoir servir tout le monde.... ok mais on est pas en plein rush a 11h et avec au moins 6 personnes en cuisine je ne comprend pas 🧐🧐😒😒 du coup on demande a être servi chaud on nous propose gentiellement de les passer au micro onde ??? depuis quand on paie pour manger réchauffer au micro onde !!!! 😡😡 ensuite viens le moment daller chercher nos mc fleury et la c'est le drame faut attendre que la machine refroidissent car les glaces ne sont pas assez froide 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ sérieusement ?? attente de 20 min supplémentaires pour 3 mc fleury youpi on étaient ravi ! la clairement il y a un gros problème d'organisation et ne parlons pas du coca a l'eau sans gaz.... pour presque 50 euros j'aurais préféré faire moi même mes burgers cela aurait été bien meilleur et bien moins cher..... le personnel aimable comme une porte de prison vraiment pas de point positif si ce n'est le soleil ce jour la avec un brin de vent et les parasols pour manger dehors.... jamais j'ai vu sa chez mc donald et pourtant jen ai fais pas mal mais celui-ci a été la pire expérience de...
