Service was very disappointing for a new enterprise (Restaurant was formerly La Capitelle). We arrived early and were promptly told that “service did not start for 20 minutes” – hardly a warm convivial welcome. Menus were not given to us until service had started and then they were given to later arrivals first before we finally got to see one. The atmosphere was awful and my evening was made worse when the waiter attempted to take away plates before I had finished my plate. Then, the icing on the cake, we were overcharged! We have enjoyed much better service and attitude from other nearby restaurants who are happy to make you welcome and understand that a smile and a warm welcome makes all...

Un des meilleurs restaurants que j'ai pu connaître en 10 ans, avec un rapport qualité /prix plus qu'honorable. Pas un étoilé mais carrément au niveau. Chapeau bas au nouveau chef qui a su dynamiser sa carte aux accents thaï.

Nous y sommes allés tout l'été 2020 avec mon compagnon, que ce soit en semaine ou le weekend. La carte propose entre 4 et 5 entrées / plats / desserts et vous avez également le menu du jour en semaine. Le soir, je vous recommande les grillades au feu de bois. Les produits sont français et cuisinés maison (le magret de canard IGP est un vrai régal).

Quant au service, il est soigné et le personnel, très sympathique.

Et pour finir, mais non des moindres...le cadre omg ! Juste splendide et apaisant. Mention spéciale au saule pleureur que nous apercevons au loin...ça donne envie de s'y marier...(oui, ils font aussi traiteur mariage !!!)

Il y a également des concerts le vendredi soir...et tout en écoutant, vous profitez d'un petit verre de vin en chillant sur la terrasse...

Allez-y, vraiment vous pouvez foncer...

Lovely setting overlooking the golf course. Sat with our dog in the sunshine on the terrace. Food is cooked over a wood fire. Excellent value for the menu du jour and a good choice for the a la carte menu. Staff very friendly. Obviously a popular spot for the locals and not just for golfers. No hesitation in recommending...
