Snack La Pause — Restaurant in Bastia

My god be careful how you park here. I didn’t get to eat here as it was closed when I arrived. So parked in the tiny lot, walked across to the beach and back for less than 10 minutes and upon returning was verbally forced by a man, to repark my tiny vehicle to his liking. Then when he was satisfied he stormed away. As a solo female traveler from another culture this was very uncomfortable. Apologies if it wasn’t the restaurant owner but be warned this parking lot troll...

What a wonderful dining experience from start to finish! The host and server Leann was friendly welcoming and accommodated our food requests! The ambiance is cozy and laid back with view of the seaside. The seating and decor was pleasing and we had a fantastic time chatting with the chef and other employees about Corsica. Highly recommend, oh and the meals were delicious! Can’t forget that!! Overall it’s the perfect combination of fine dining in a comfortable...

Die Gerichte war super lecker und die Aussicht war sehr schön. Wir hatten das Meeresfrüchte Risotto und die Côte de Boeuf für zwei. Die Kellerin war super lieb und auch der Chef kam vorbei, um zu fragen ob alles bei uns passt. Außerdem spricht sie fünf Sprachen, darunter auch Englisch. Die Speisekarte ist weder zu lang noch zu kurz. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen, danke für den Abend!

Les plats étaient super délicieux et la vue était très belle. Nous avons pris le risotto aux fruits de mer et la côte de bœuf pour deux. La serveuse était super gentille et même le chef est venu nous voir pour nous demander si tout allait bien chez nous. En plus, elle parle cinq langues, dont l'anglais.
